Therapy is a Collaboration
I offer 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Dublin or online.
My therapeutic stance is non-pathologising, neuro-affirming, respectful of cultural differences and embracing of gender, sexual and relationship diversity.
I offer a reflective, compassionate space for self-exploration, supporting clients in the process of enhancing their wellbeing and enriching their lives.
With an MSc in Pluralistic Psychotherapy, I work from a range of therapeutic traditions - including Person-Centred Therapy, Existential Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
These approaches help me to support clients in exploring their inner world, connecting with values, making space for difficult emotions, and moving toward greater self-understanding and ease.
With a background in Philosophy (BA/MA) and Literature (BA), I am deeply committed to approaching all stories with curiosity and deep empathy—creating space for complexity, nuance, and the richness of what it means to be human.
What I Offer
People come to therapy for many reasons. You may be seeking support with troubling thoughts or painful emotions. Perhaps you are navigating a challenging transition - such as grief, loss, changes in your relationships, career or living circumstances.
You may be facing questions about meaning in your life and longing to connect with a greater sense of authenticity and choice. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling to make sense of your experience.
Perhaps there is part of your story that simply needs to be heard - that you no longer wish to carry alone.
Wherever you find yourself, this is a place to come as you are.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
What You Bring
Therapy is a collaboration. There is no quick fix or one-size-fits-all approach. However, when we work together, we can co-create conditions to truly support you in getting to where you want to go.
You carry the wisdom of your lived experience, the knowledge of what has shaped you - and what matters to you now. While I may offer tools and reflections, we work at your pace, grounded in your perspective, your strengths and your needs.
While I can't promise that therapy will offer easy answers, it can help us to build self-trust and self-understanding, empowering us to live more fully and freely within the questions.
If you'd like to learn more about how we can work together, you can book a free 15 minute connection call, or reach out through my contact page.
